Do you build the press tools, or do we supply them?
Either. We design and build tools in our own tool room, and we also run customer-supplied tools. Tooling is quoted separately from the piece price.
What volumes suit pressing?
Pressing pays for itself once volume justifies a tool. For lower volumes we laser cut and form the same part with no tooling cost.
Which materials can you process?
CRCA, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and copper are named in the material set.
Which documentation is available?
We provide a manufacturability review before quoting, first article inspection reports, material traceability to mill certificates, and PPAP documentation where the programme requires it.
