Why it works
Quality stays accountable.
For electrical equipment, enclosure geometry and finish consistency are critical. Pretreatment and powder coating stay in-house so outdoor electrical parts are controlled through the same route that makes the enclosure, panel or canopy.
Non-ferrous material note
Copper busbars and aluminium parts are quoted as their own material lines when required, so non-ferrous content is not hidden inside a blended steel rate.
FAQs
Do you make enclosures to IP ratings?
We fabricate to your drawing and sealing specification. IP test-facility capability is being confirmed.
Can you supply enclosures fitted with gland plates, mounting plates and hardware?
Yes, as a finished assembly.
What pretreatment do you use before powder coating?
A seven tank process, followed by powder coating and oven curing, all in-house.
Do you make copper busbars?
Yes. We prefer to quote them with the enclosure so the whole assembly can come from one supplier.
