Can you build the welding fixtures?
Yes, in our own tool room, and we maintain them for the life of the part.
Can the assembly be delivered painted?
Yes. Seven tank pretreatment, shot blasting, powder coating and oven curing are in the same plants.
How large an assembly can you handle?
The 40 ft by 16 ft laser bed and 16 ft by 16 ft blast chamber handle full frames, canopies and guards.
Which documentation is available?
We provide a manufacturability review before quoting, first article inspection reports, material traceability to mill certificates, and PPAP documentation where the programme requires it.
